Every child is unique in how they respond to certain kinds of teaching. For autistic children, being able to tailor the method of communication so it takes these individual characteristics into consideration is vital – and this is where innovation in technology can help. Advances in automation and AI mean we are increasingly able to create products and services tailored to individual needs, with NTT DATA’s AIDA – Artificial Intelligence Design for Autism – project a shining example of how technologies such as AI, IoT and VR can help school environments become more inclusive.
